Ece Uzuneser, the maker behind Oldpot Studio. Graduated from Istanbul Technical University and Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in Industrial Engineering. I was experimenting various materials ending up me to utilize of the behavior and characteristics of the medium. While developing a deep interest in art and design, ceramic became a core material of my expression which led me took advanced ceramic classes in SIUE.

My journey after the decision of creating craft morphed into introducing Oldpot’s design manifest. Oldpot currently located in Istanbul,Turkey and focused on creation of Architectural and functional ceramics. Works I produce are focusing on abstract curves and mostly raw textures inspired by all elements of human touch.
