TESLİMAT ve İADE KOŞULLARI
Siparişleriniz, banka onayı alındıktan sonra maksimum 14 iş günü (Pazartesi-Cuma) içerisinde kargoya teslim edilir.
Özel üretim ürünlerin teslim süreleri imalat zamanına göre farklılık göstermektedir. Bu tür ürünlerin teslimat bilgileri ve süreleri ürün sayfalarında belirtilmiştir.
Tarafımızdan kaynaklanan bir aksilik olması halinde ise size üyelik bilgilerinizden yola çıkılarak haber verilecektir. Bu yüzden üyelik bilgilerinizin eksiksiz ve doğru olması önemlidir. Bayram ve tatil günlerinde teslimat yapılmamaktadır.
Seçtiğiniz ürünlerin tamamı anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketi garantisi ile size teslim edilecektir.
Sevkiyat sırasında zarar gördüğünü düşündüğünüz paketleri, teslim aldığınız firma yetkilisi önünde açıp kontrol ediniz. Eğer üründe herhangi bir zarar olduğunu düşünüyorsanız kargo firmasına tutanak tutturularak ürünü teslim almayınız.
Ürün teslim alındıktan sonra kargo firmasının görevini tam olarak yerine getirdiği kabul edilmektedir.
Ürün hasarlı ise: Hazırlamış olduğunuz tutanağı en kısa zamanda durumu info@oldpot.studio mail adresine bildiriniz.
Bu işlemleri gerçekleştirdiğiniz takdirde paketinizle ilgili çalışmalara başlayarak, en kısa zamanda teslimatın ücretsiz olarak tekrarlanmasını sağlayacağız.
Satın aldığınız ürünler bir teyit e-postası ile tarafınıza bildirilecektir. Seçtiğiniz ürünlerden herhangi birinin stokta mevcut olmaması durumunda konu ile ilgili e-posta veya telefon aracılığı ile sizinle iletişime geçilerek, sipariş konusunda nasıl bir yol izleneceği müşteri tarafından netleştirilecektir.

Ödemesini internet üzerinden yaptınız ürün eğer stoklarımızda kalmamış ise e-posta veya telefon aracılığı ile sizinle iletişime geçilerek, sipariş konusunda nasıl bir yol izleneceği netleştirilecektir. Ürünün tedarik edilememesi veya alternatif üretilememesi durumunda müşterinin yaptığı ödeme kendisine iade edilir.
ÜRÜN İADE KOŞULLARI
Sitemiz üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünün hatalı çıkması halinde teslimat tarihinden itibaren en geç 7 gün içerisinde info@oldpot.studio üzerinden bizimle iletişim kurmanız gerekmektedir. Bu bilgileri takiben kargo şirketi ile bize ulaştıracağınız hatalı ürün yenisi ile değiştirilecektir. Sipariş edilen ürün hatası müşteri kullanımından oluşmuşsa veya 7 günlük süre içerisinde ürün kullanılmışsa ürünün iade ve değişimi yapılmaz. Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır.
GARANTİ KOŞULLARI
Tüm ürünler aksi belirtilmediği takdirde üretici firmaların garantisi altındadır. Garanti koşullarının geçerli olabilmesi için kargo teslimatı esnasında ürünü mutlaka kontrol ediniz. Herhangi bir hasar gördüğünüzde tutanak tutturarak ürünü teslim almayınız. Ürün üzerinde yapılan değişiklikler, ürünün deforme olması ya da ürünün orijinal dizaynının bozulması garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Your orders will be delivered to shipping company within a maximum of 14 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank transaction is approved.
The delivery times of special productions vary according to the production time. Delivery information and deadlines for such products are indicated on product pages.
In case of any inconvenience caused by us, we will inform you using your membership contact information. So, it is important that your membership information is complete and true. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.
All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by contractual shipping company guarantee.
Open and check the packages you think that are damaged during shipment in front of the shipping company’s representative. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not accept delivery of the product by keeping a record with the shipping company.
After the product is delivered, it is assumed that the shipping company completely fulfills its mission.
If the product is damaged: Please inform us at info@oldpot.studio and send the record prepared with the shipping company as soon as possible.
After you perform these operations, we will start to work on your package and ensure that delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
The products you purchased will be reported with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you purchased is not available in stock, we shall communicate you via e-mail or phone and ask your decision about the process.
www.oldpot.studio is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. Even if it is rare, consumers sometimes buy the same product, and the product runs out of stock. In this case;
If the product that you made the payment through internet is out of stock, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone and the next process shall be decided. In case the product cannot be supplied, or alternative cannot be produced, the payment made by the customer is returned.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
If the product you purchased through our site is in faulty, you must contact us via info@oldpot.studio within 7 days from the date of delivery. Following this information, defective product you return with shipping company to us will be replaced with new product. If ordered product defect is caused by customer use, or if the product is used within 7 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As product return and exchange conditions, applications required by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumer are essential.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All products are under the guarantee of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for warranty conditions to be valid, you should check the product during delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record, and do not get the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or modifications the original design of the product is not covered under warranty.
